  • How long does it usually take for an order to arrive?
    • It depends on where you are located but the delivery window is 25 - 45 days, but we typically see ~35 days as an average.
  • Do you offer an express shipping option?
    • Generally we do not offer an express shipping option because suppliers often do not have those services available to them. If it is an extreme circumstance please reach out to us directly and we will do everything we can to help. That said, large quantity orders are not eligible for express shipping services.
    • Where is your warehouse located?
      • We do not warehouse any of the inventory you see here on our site. We connect you, the customer with the supplier directly so the supplier/manufacturer will be completing the fulfillment of your order. This is how we are able to offer such great pricing. 
      • Can I cancel my order?
        • Orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing your order. After the 24hr period, the order is executed with the supplier and cannot be cancelled or modified. Any order cancellations will incur a 5% restocking fee to offset payment processing fees.
